Kid’s Jumpsuit Sewing & Movement Workshop for Parents & Babies
Learn to sew a cute romper for your child and enjoy some gentle, inclusive movement with Leim & Hej Babes.
Complete beginners and confident sewists are all totally welcome – we’re here to support you every step of the way!
Together we will discuss fabric choices and sizing, cutting your romper and sewing it together. I bring everything you need: fabric, the paper pattern (you also get a PDF emailed after the workshop) and all thread. Just bring yourself and your child (if you want to)
We will have small crafts and lots of toys to keep little ones engaged – you might also find it more comfortable to wear them in a carrier.

- handmade Leim romper for your child, made by you from a choice of knitted organic cotton in a plain colour or a pattern

Time: 9:30/10:00–14:30 (we will start slow, we know how things can be with little ones)
Duration: 4.5 hours (time for breaks if you need to)

When you ask about tickets, please let us know the age range (0-3 months, 6-9 months, 9-12 months, 12-18 months, 18-24 months, 2-3 years, 3-4 years) and whether you would like a plain colour or pattern fabric.

I’m Hetty, the founder of Leim , a small design-led brand creating clothing that is both functional and beautiful – including my signature bathroom-friendly jumpsuits that don’t require you to fully undress to pee. Yes, really. Style without the inconvenience!
All Leim pieces are created slowly and thoughtfully: small-scale production in Stockholm, timeless silhouettes, and durable, sustainable fabrics. Teaching you to sew your own jumpsuit is part of this philosophy – a more conscious, joyful way of dressing.
